Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori

A great location about 1km from Sapporo's main train station and close to subway stops. Close to restaurants and shopping and just down the road from Odori Park, the TV Tower and Susukino. A great base from which to explore the city and surrounds. The room was spacious, quiet and very clean. We appreciated the kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Would stay again if ever in Sapporo.

Breakfast was good and the location was great.

Just the size of the room was a little small for 2 people with 2 bags. With limited space it made it very inconvenient open and closing our luggage too often.

Loved the location. Very convenient to everything I wanted to visit. Metro was 5 min or less of a walk and Airport limo dropped off close by. Staff was efficient and they provided POLA facial wash, toner, and lotion upon request.

Machine washer kept having and error and was continuously dry for hours causing shrinkage in clothes. The washer had a moldy smell upon opening the washing machine. Bathroom was small but typical small Japanese bathrooms for these types of hotels.

Classic smaller Japanese rooms, but had a washer/dryer and a roomy bathroom. The staff is very helpful, and the location is within a few minute walk from the metro station and the shopping street. Great hotel to use as your home base in Sapporo

Location was good, quick check-in but we arrived quite late in the evening. They has ice cream some days. Room was comfortable, although small with wash machine.

Smaller room, inconvenient when they were going to switch the fridge. The elevator was quite busy at times and had to wait. Smaller hotell then it looked in pictures.

location, breakfast, staff

Very good location. Walking distance to Odori train station, restaurants, and shops. Washing machine in the room is a godsend.

The fridge didn’t work. Need better instructions to operate the heater/AC

The staff were very kind, and we really enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the breakfast and the ice cream! The hotel was sparkly clean and close to the train station. The location is perfect for shopping and travel around at night :)

Breakfast was exceptional and great price!

Not all staff could speak English but they tried hard.

Great location, clean, comfortable beds. Great Breakfast and coffee.Washer and dryer were a big plus.

The room was a little small.

The Parking on site is a huge Plus in our case since we used a rental car to drive everywhere. The laundry is so helpful too and much needed. Price at the time was decent. Location is also very convenient.

The room is super small. Also there was this one light that we just couldn't figure out how to close, we looked everywhere for it.

Good location, quiet and comfortable

Lovely hotel. Great room size (twin beds). Great location to everything. Very comfortable. Staff lovely. Would stay again. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

The staff is extremely cooperative and helpful.

In the breakfast buffet, usually every hotel serves omlette when ordered...they didn't.. They asked me to eat the scrambled eggs only which was pre made.. I felt that was a bit odd..

location is good, near the shopping area. Have carpark. the best thing is have washing machine in the room. the room size also comfortable.

Great location, basically the center of major attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It's really convenient to have washing machine inside the room.

washing machine in the room, delicious breakfast buffet & central location

Onsen, dinner and breakfast

Central location near a walking park. In-room washer/dryer. Sumptious breakfast.

No free cleaning service every other day.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, near to Odori park, and the staff is consistently friendly and readily available to assist guests. The rooms are exceptionally clean and are equipped with all necessary amenities. Each room is furnished with a two-in-one washing and dryer machine, which is a significant plus.I would highly recommend this hotel and intend to return in the future again and again( ◠‿◠ )
